The Boys' Brigade is an international youth organisation that seeks to nurture young people, based on Christian values, to serve and lead. It is our purpose to guide our members in learning important values and build their character, as they grow, through different programmes and impactful activities, with the help of volunteer adult leaders as role models and mentors. Administrative Officer


Responsibilities

  • To co-ordinate the general administration of the organisation
    (inclusive, but not limited to managing e-mails, receiving phone calls and visitors)
  • To provide administrative support on National Organised events
  • To handle ad-hoc National Organised events


Requirements

  • A Christian
  • Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or administrative work experience
  • Preferably with experience in the Boys' Brigade movement
  • Ability to work independently, but also a team player working towards shared goals
  • Have basic knowledge of computer software e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Possess good oral and written communications
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills
  • Responsible, committed, and attentive to detail
  • Pleasant, courteous and service-oriented
