If you wish to register for pre-stay, please ensure that payment for the main event Pesta 2024 has been approved first. Then follow these steps:
1) Login to BBMS, and click on the "Pesta Unlimited 2024" event.
2) Go to "Extra-Package" tab and select 'Pre-stay"

Event Rules
NOTE:
Kindly contact the Registrar email: [email protected] for verification if :-
- you do not receive an email of confirmation after 48 hours from your registration submission in Step 1; OR
- payment status in BBMS still appears as "Pending" after 10 days from your submission in Step 3.
IMPORTANT:
- Registration is on "first come, first serve" basis.
- Registration confirmation is based on successful payment received.
- The participants are responsible for traveling to the venue.
- The Company officer-in-charge must submit the digital copy of duly filled and signed consent forms of all participant under his Company to [email protected] before 02 September, 2024. The original copy of the consent forms shall be kept by the Officer and bring along for Pesta. Participants without a valid consent form are not allowed to participate in the Pesta.
- Check in upon arrival is by Company basis. The Company officer-in-charge is to complete the check in process at the reception counter.
- All participants are to stay in the campsite.
THINGS TO BRING:
- Completed and signed consent form - hard copy
- Full BB uniform - Ceremonial & Day dress
- Company T-shirt & individual country's national BB Brigade T-Shirt
- Sports attire, sports shoes & socks for 6 days
- Sufficient day attire & rain coat/wind-breaker
- Swimming pool wear, sun screen and cap
- Personal toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo etc.
- Personal culinary set - plate, spoon & fork, cup, water bottle etc. (or buy from Pesta Souvenirs)
- Sleeping bag, travel/inflatable pillow, etc.
- Slippers/sandals
- Notepad & stationery
- Bible (hard-copy preferred)
- Personal medications (if any)
- Liquid detergent for washing clothes (optional)
- Rain Coat
FOOD WARE
Pesta Unlimited 2024 is committed to conducting our events in a sustainable and eco-friendly manner. We discourage the usage of single-use disposable food ware in our event to minimise waste. However, participants can choose to pre-book some of these exclusive Pesta souvenirs which are also food ware. Some of these exclusive Pesta souvenirs are specifically selected to allow everyone's participation and contribution towards the implementation of UN SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals), while at the same time bringing some memorable gifts home for yourself.

Step 2: Tick the box of the officers/members that you would like to register.
Step 3: Key in the relevant details and select package and T-Shirt size (if applicable).
Step 4: Check if all the details are correct.
Step 5: Click the “Add Members/Officers” button.
Step 6: Continue adding all intended Members/Officers.
Step 7: Click "View Pending List" to ensure all the intended Members/Officers are in the list.
Step 8: Click "Confirmation of Submission".
